DMCA Policy

German Pancakes With Orange Sauce ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the German Pancakes With Orange Sauce service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the German Pancakes With Orange Sauce Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.     • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature (e.g., by typing your full name).

Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to German Pancakes With Orange Sauce's Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to German Pancakes With Orange Sauce's Designated Copyright Agent. Pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA, a Counter-Notice must include the following:

  • Identify the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of material that German Pancakes With Orange Sauce has removed or to which German Pancakes With Orange Sauce has disabled access.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Include the following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the content identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which German Pancakes With Orange Sauce may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature (e.g., by typing your full name).
